Our Hong Kong office compliments our Oklahoma operational headquarters - we hand off monitoring and support in a follow-the-sun model. While the US is sleeping, Hong Kong is working on keeping our clients' systems running by monitoring reports and systems and handling off-hours support issues. This is a critical function as we need to ensure that the U.S. team is able to provide smooth and uninterrupted service for our clients. The role of our crew in Hong Kong is to keep everything humming and let the U.S. team get some rest. It's demanding and requires quick thinking, excellent troubleshooting, and the ability to work under pressure with a deadline hanging over your head. The ultimate goal is to get everything under control before the U.S. wakes up.
